1. Products that are without authorization will not be accepted.

2. The tracking method must be provided within 7 days after the package was sent back.

3. All products need to be maintain as brand new with tags,products that has been worn or damaged will be accepted.

4. Any form of gifts need to be included in the package,otherwise the value of which will be deducted from your refund.

5. Always ask for a address to return,the returning address is vary from the address on your package.

6. The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

Refunds

1. The refund will be issued through your original payment method within 7 days after the package was received.

2. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit (gift card) as you requested.

Cancellation

1. There will be no extra charge if a requested for cancellation is initiated within 24 hours after placing the order.
2. If the request for cancellation is requested over 24 hours after placing the order ,there will be a 25% restocking fee charged.
